About Susan Robinson
I started to draw and paint as a young child, and was fascinated by my ability to capture images and put them to paper. I saw everything as a painting or drawing. Nothing much has changed since those days. I finished a diploma in fine arts at School of Art Western Australia, which was a three year course and then went to University for another three years and finished a B.A. of fine arts. Since then I've had a few exhibitions and many commissioned works. I've never really developed a style of sorts, but my love for the canvas and image remain. I like to use a mixture of paint, oils, acrylics, water colours, pastels and charcoal. I usually start a painting in acrylic and finish in oils, My work is quite varied and I never tire of of the...
